Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you request a quote, book a visit, or receive service from Tim’s Lawn And Landscape (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting service, paying an invoice, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Estimates and quotes Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and what we can see at the time. Final pricing may change if the property, lot size, access, or scope is different from what was quoted. Work not listed on the estimate is extra and will be quoted before we do it unless you ask us to proceed. Scheduling and access Visit dates are scheduled, not guaranteed arrival times. Weather, equipment issues, and earlier stops can shift the window. You agree to give safe, reasonable access to the property (unlocked gates, pets secured, vehicles moved off the work area). If we cannot access the property, we may skip the visit and still charge a trip or cancellation fee. Weather and conditions We may postpone service for rain, high winds, lightning, extreme heat, or unsafe ground. We will reschedule as soon as we reasonably can. Your property Mark sprinkler heads, septic lids, invisible fence, and other hazards you know about. We take care around landscaping, but we are not responsible for unmarked irrigation, utilities, low objects hidden in tall grass, or damage caused by conditions we could not reasonably see. Keep children and pets inside or away from equipment while we work. Photos We may take before-and-after photos of the property to document the visit, complete the job, and (if you agree) use in reviews or marketing. Tell us if you do not want photos used publicly. Payment Payment is due as stated on your invoice or service plan. Card, cash, and other methods we offer may show different prices. Past-due balances may pause future visits and may incur late fees if those are enabled on your account. Returned payments may be charged a fee. Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule before the crew is en route. Same-day cancellations or no-access visits may be billed. Recurring plans continue until you cancel them with us. Texts and email If you give us a mobile number or email, we may send visit reminders, on-the-way and arrival updates, invoices, and review requests. Message frequency varies with your schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or tell us if you prefer email only. Reply HELP for help. Website and privacy Our website may collect the information you submit on quote or contact forms. See our Privacy Policy for how we use that information. We do not sell your personal information. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit.
